  11. Will we be allowed to braai at the event ?
    Yes, but only charcoal and gas braaing. Designated braai areas allocated.

  12. Which type of food stalls will be at the event?
    Hot dog stalls, french fries, popcorn, pizza stall, various yummy food stalls and cool drinks stalls.

  13. Will there be stalls catering for kids? 
    No, We regret no kids or U18s.

  14. Is parking paid or free?
    Yes parking available.
    Parking is free.
    Ample parking is safe and secure inside the SSP venue.

  15. Will there be visible security?
    NB! Strict security. Event organisers friendly requests your patience as each vehicle have to be searched to ensure the event is free of firearms, dangerous weapons, drugs, etc. All this done to ensure a family fun filled day with the best DJ line up.

  16. What time does the gates open?
    Gates open at 10:00 to the public - The event is running from 10:00 to 23:00

  17. What time does the entertainment start?
    10:00 - 1st DJ on the decks.
    Come early for a full day's entertainment line up ... DJ line-up click here
    Spend time with friends, family, loved ones, braaiing, best DJ line up, VIP area, outdoor entertainment, fun, sun, end of year bash, party party party.

  18. Any rules or terms and conditions?
    AT THE ENTRANCE
    STRICTLY NO: Liquor, liquids, cool drink, guns / weapons, glass containers, ground fires, illegal substances, fireworks, domestic animals, excessive sound systems, bad attitudes.

    NO COOL DRINKS ALLOWED - Sold inside the venue.
    FOOD ALLOWED + Food stalls inside the venue.
    Chips, sweets etc. allowed.

    NO wood fires (charcoal & firelighters only).
    NO loitering in Parking Areas.
    NO sitting / sleeping in cars in Parking Area for duration of the event.

    DESIGNATED Braai Area.
    GAS braaiing allowed and all braai utensils that is needed allowed.
    Umbrellas only erected in designated areas.

    All security staff carries two way radios - Get to the nearest security staff and they will relay your message to us.
