SSP Event Rules

Gates Open at 10h00

GENERAL

Strictly No Under 18’s - valid ID / Passport / Drivers’ license (SAPS affidavit will suffice) on request.
Right of admission reserved.
Strictly NO refunds after purchasing ticket.
No alcohol or liquids of any kind (including water) allowed.
No own hookah / flavour / coals – Hookah lounge available.
Only medication with a valid doctor's prescription will be allowed.
No glass.
No animals.
No illegal substances.
No drones.
Camping chairs, tables allowed.
Gazebos only allowed in designated areas.
Food is allowed, keeping in mind that all containers and bags will be checked - Note: awesome food stalls in attendance.
No bad attitude. Strictly no acts of discrimination, violence or hate speech against any groups, staff members, service providers or fellow patrons will be tolerated.

ENTRANCE & EXIT

Provide event ticket on entry (preferably digital).
If wristband is damaged during event, it will only be replaced if you provide the damaged band, your ticket, and your ID at the entrance gate.
Failure to provide the damaged wristband you will not be issued a new one.
No wristband will result in your removal from the event.
After exiting the event for whatever reason, you will be subject to a full security check on re-entry.

LOST & FOUND

There is a station for all lost & found property.

PARKING AREA

No sleeping in vehicles.
No drinking of alcohol in the parking area.
No loud music playing from vehicle in parking area.
No loitering in parking area.

DESIGNATED BRAAI AREA

No bare feet.
No wood fires.
Only Charcoal & skottel gas braais.

ABLUTION

Male & Female toilets are available for general and VIP use.
Cleaning staff in attendance.
Please be mindful of fellow patrons. Leave the facilities as you would expect to find it.
